Unless otherwise agreed, all sales made by A-Z Orthodontics are made on these conditions of sale. Please read the wording of this agreement carefully.
1. PRICES
1.1. All prices quoted are in pounds sterling and are exclusive of VAT and carriage cost. A-Z Orthodontics Ltd’s VAT number is 253925100.
1.2. A-Z Orthodontics reserves the right to change price details as it may deem necessary
1.3. without prior notice and without incurring obligation.
1.4. All Prices on any sales literature and website are correct at the time of publishing or going online. A-Z Orthodontics reserves the right at its absolute discretion to change prices, remove special offers or correct clerical omissions and errors.
1.5. Should prices get changed during the order being placed and the processing of the order, purchasers will be contacted prior to the order being processed with full details of the new prices.
1.6. Price Match Pledge: A-Z Orthodontics aim is to always bring you the best in quality and service whilst delivering very competitive prices. However, please let us know if you received better quote prices and we will then endeavour to match what you have been offered. Proof of competitor pricing or offer will be required for verification before matching the price. Products must be identical or comparable. A-Z Orthodontics reserves the right to decide on what is a comparable product.
2. PAYMENT
2.1. Payment is to be made within 30 days from date of invoice. An account statement covering all invoices is sent monthly.
2.2. Failure to make payment on the due date may result in interests being charged on all outstanding balances. This is to be calculated on a daily basis at the rate of 3% per annum until the outstanding amount is received.
2.3. Payment can be made by electronic bank transfer direct into our bank account e.g. BACS or internet banking. Alternatively, payment can be made by cheque. Please note that payment can only be accepted in £ sterling.
3. DELIVERY
3.1. A-Z Orthodontics shall make every effort to despatch orders the same day they are placed. Any times or dates quoted for delivery are approximate only.
3.2. Delivery of goods will be made by first class post or courier to mainland UK.
3.3. Shortage and breakage must be reported to A-Z Orthodontics within 3 days of receiving the goods otherwise it is deemed that the goods have been received in full working order and with no problems.
3.4. Delivery charges are based upon the value of the order and location.
3.5. Delivery to mainland UK for orders which are below £199.00 exclusive of VAT are subject to £5.95 delivery charge.
3.6. Delivery to mainland UK for orders which are above £199.00 exclusive of VAT are free.
3.7. A-Z Orthodontics Limited reserves the right to add a shipping charge in the case of bulk purchases of certain high-volume or heavy products. Any additional charge for such bulk orders will be communicated before shipping.
3.8. Deliveries require a signature and are made 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
4. AVAILABILITY
4.1. A-Z Orthodontics do not warrant that goods will be available in stock. If an item is out of stock purchasers will be advised accordingly. Purchasers will be offered alternatives if available or purchasers may cancel the order.
5. RETURNS
5.1. Goods must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase.
5.2. Returned goods must be accompanied by a note explaining the reason for return and quoting the original invoice number.
5.3. Returned goods will only be accepted for credit or exchange if the goods are in saleable condition, unused and in original packaging.
5.4. Returned goods must be packaged and suitably labelled with practice details. Carriage must be prepaid by the purchaser with the contents insured to the value of the invoice.
5.5. Special order and non-stock goods that are ordered at the purchaser request are non-returnable.
5.6. Any returned goods lost, damaged or defaced in transit to A-Z Orthodontics will not be credited.
5.7. Under any circumstances it is prohibited to send A-Z Orthodontics an item which is contaminated. The company reserves the right to refuse to handle any items which are not accompanied with proof of sterilisation.
6. CANCELLATIONS
6.1. A-Z Orthodontics reserves the right to cancel purchases without stating any reasons. purchasers will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.
6.2. Purchasers may not cancel orders without the agreement of A-Z Orthodontics. Where special orders are cancelled a charge may be made to cover costs already incurred.
7. OWNERSHIP OF GOODS
7.1. Title in Goods delivered or to be delivered by A-Z Orthodontics will not pass to the purchaser until full payment of all sums owing to the company have been received.
7.2. Until ownership of the Goods have passed to the purchaser, A-Z Orthodontics retain full beneficial and legal title of such Goods and reserves the right to require the purchaser to deliver up the Goods to A-Z Orthodontics at any time.
8. PRODUCTS AND DEVELOPMENTS
8.1. A-Z Orthodontics reserves the right to discontinue, improve, modify product specifications or use different suppliers or manufacturers without prior notice.
8.2. Any product information contained on our website or in any sales literature is correct to the best of our knowledge. All images are used for illustration purposes only. A-Z Orthodontics are not responsible for typographical or photographic errors.
9. CHANGES OF TERMS & CONDITIONS
9.1. A-Z Orthodontics reserves the right to change the terms and conditions, the website or the website content at any time. The purchasers will be bound by any changes to the terms and conditions from the first time they use the website following the change.
10. LAW AND JURISDICTION
10.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance to the laws of England and Wales. The parties herby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
