• Instruction for use:
- Prophy the enamel surface. Rinse and dry. Acid etch the enamel for 30 seconds, Rinse and dry.
- Apply one coat of Assure® Plus. Lightly air dry.
- Fill the mold to the top edge with paste ensuring the chain is covered. Do not overfill form.
- Quickly place the loaded form on the conditioned, exposed tooth surface.
- Light cure per manufacturer instructions. Gently remove mold from polymerized composite.
- Surgically close the site, as necessary, attaching the gold chain to the appropriate tooth or archwire.
